Shipments and returns
All orders are queued from the first day they are received. If they are ready, they will be shipped within 24 hours. If they need to be processed, you will receive an email for each processing step until completion, and you will receive photos and tracking information before shipping.
If you have a particularly urgent need, please contact us before purchasing to determine the actual processing time.
All goods are insured and guaranteed. If you have any concerns upon arrival, if the goods are damaged or opened, you are obligated and entitled to sign for "damaged package" and specify "damaged package" or refuse it outright.
If the package is undamaged and the goods received are inconsistent with what was ordered, such as defects, errors, etc., we will arrange for collection and return at no additional cost and as quickly as possible!
